Premier Sports provides training to athletes of all sports, ages, genders, and skill level. After evaluating our athlete’s skill level, our staff will tailor a sport-specific training program based on athlete’s needs. We offer various programs ranging from the first-time athlete, to the serious athlete, to the elite athlete. We offer one-on-one training sessions, small group sessions, and team training sessions. Our programs focus on teaching proper technique and fundamentals, the core to all elite athletes.
Individual Sessions
Premier Sports' individual sessions are one-on-one sessions with a sport specialist instructor. After evaluating an athlete’s skill level, our instructors will tailor a training program that is both customized to the sport and for the athlete.

Small Group Sessions
Premier Sports’ small group sessions consist of 3-6 athletes of similar age and skill level. Group sessions are proven to enhance the competitiveness of the athletes and develop long-term friendships. Group sessions are designed to create an environment of competitiveness without comprising the individual needs of each athlete. Small group sessions are a great way to keep athletes motivated and focused on their progress.

Team Training
Premier Sports’ team training programs are designed to improve your team's overall athletic ability. The team environment provides a unique and fun environment for athletic training. Teammates push each other to excel with the ultimate goal of improving teams' performance. All drills are designed to focus on the needs of the team as determined by the coaching staff. Team training strengthens team chemistry, effective communication, mental toughness, perfect practice technique, and team support.
Session Specifics
Team Training session are two hours and are designed based on the teams’ coaching expectations and teams’ needs.
